CineLab Akademie Initiative is a social enterprise focused on youth empowerment through training in filmmaking, TV production, and photography. It aims to provide creative and technical skills to young people, especially those who can’t afford college. Established in 2012 as NEN316 Company Ltd, it rebranded in response to growing demand. Since 2015, CineLab has trained numerous youths across the country through workshops, internships, and apprenticeships, helping them produce documentaries, digital stories, TV dramas, talk shows, vlogs, and engage in digital photography. These efforts empower the youth to become influential voices and agents of change in their communities.
To foster positive change by empowering young people with employable practical audio-visual skills and opportunities through digital participatory film making, TV production and Photography.

We believe that through an interactive and engaging platform – our trainees shall Learn; get the opportunity to Participate; and in the long run, be able to Create their own compelling audio-visual works that will be worth distributing to local and international televisions and as well to festivals around the world
